What we act on

Anything our Acceptable Use Policy does not permit: phishing and fraud, malware, attack traffic from our network, spam infrastructure, child sexual abuse material, and other unlawful use.

Include what lets us find it

  • The domain or full URL involved.
  • The IP address you saw, with the date, time and timezone — without a timezone we usually cannot match a log line.
  • Evidence: log lines, request headers, message headers. A screenshot alone is rarely enough.

What happens next

You receive a reference number by email. An operator identifies the customer responsible and applies the policy. We do not disclose our customers' identity without a lawful order, so we may not be able to tell you exactly what was done.

Copyright and trademark complaints are forwarded to the customer responsible for the content: we deliver traffic and do not host it, so we are not in a position to decide ownership. Read what we sell for the detail.

Prefer email?

Write to abuse@cachivo.com with the same information. Reports sent to our upstream providers instead reach us more slowly, not faster.

We send your reference number here, and write only about this report.
